*Please note there is a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
*A one-night deposit is required to secure your reservation. It is due within 7 days of your request.
*The deposit, less a $25 handling fee, will be refunded if a cancellation is made 7 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations with less than a 7 day notice will NOT be refunded unless the room can be rented.
*The innkeepers welcome your arrival between 3pm and 5pm. If you cannot arrive during these times PLEASE give as much notice as possible so we can best accommodate your arrival.
*Check out is 11:00am. Please be conscientious and prompt.
*Guests are responsible for ANY and ALL damages. We welcome you to enjoy your stay, however, PLEASE understand that damages to our linens and rooms is significant to a small business like ours.
* For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the inn.
*We apologize, but we cannot accommodate your pets.
*A sit down full breakfast is served each morning.
* Room rates are based on double occupancy and names of the individuals staying is required as part of the reservation. If parties arrive with more than 2 persons, additional room(s), if available, will need to be rented or the reservation will be forfeited with the charge of the one night room deposit.
